Harvey Murff and associates from Harvard University agree, stating, 'the dietary total omega-6 to omega-3 PUFA ration was strongly associated with colorectal cancer risk.' Changing your diet

To increase your omega-3, try eating more including more wild-caught salmon, albacore tuna, walnuts, and flax seed in your diet. You can supplement your diet with fish oil, krill oil, or cod liver oil supplements if you find eating fish unpleasant.
